YOGA Fest during Phizzfest ~ Friday 10th Sept

Full day of free events at studio and in Phibsboro environs. 7:30 am - 8:30 am MOrning Class; 10:30 -11:15 am : Over 50's Gentle yoga class; 1- 1:45 : outdoor yoga in the park; 2:30 - 3:15: Mums and babies yoga; PM kids and teenage yoga; 7-9pm : evening class. All welcome. Come and join the stretch!.
